On 19 September 2018, Ambassador Mary Jo A. Bernardo-Aragon attended opening ceremony of Digital Thailand Big Bang 2018 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.

Thailand’s Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-o-cha, along with other Cabinet Members, presided over the grand opening ceremony of the 4-day event with the theme, “Thailand Big Data”.

The Digital Thailand Big Bang was launched in 2017 as an international symposium of public and private sectors, civil society, and international communities to show case the significant developments in Thailand’s digital economy and society.
