In celebration of the 39^th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation (NDPR) Week, Officials of the Philippine Embassy lead by Ambassador Mary Jo A. Bernardo-Aragon recited the Loyalty Pledge of an Advocate on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in English on 17 July 2017 as part of the flag-raising ceremony. The message of DSWD Secretary Judy Taguiwalo for the NDPR Week was also read. END
