The Philippines participated in the Arts for All 2017: 3rd Decade Towards Sustainable Development, organized by the Thai Ministry of Culture on 7-10 July 2017 in Nakhon Ratchasima and in Bangkok, Thailand. The objective of the Arts for All 2017 project was to empower persons with disabilities and increase their awareness of the arts and culture in ASEAN. The project culminated with an Edutainment Workshop held at the ASEAN Cultural Center in Bangkok.

Mr. Matthew Millamina (Artist from the St. Francis-Very Special Arts School), Ms. Alma Quinto (National Commission for Culture and the Arts NCCA Art Instructor), and Ms. Rebecca Santos (Coordinator from the St. Francis-Very Special Arts School) represented the Philippines to the project. END
