The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok co-sponsored with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) the Global Migration Film Festival from 14-18 December 2016 at the Bangkok Screening Room.

The festival was organized in celebration of International Migrants Day on 18 December. It featured six films by directors from different countries including two films – “Donor” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WhkHlklsnLA and “La Visa Loca” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4RY-pRK8tk – by Filipino filmmaker Mark Meily.
