The 2015 Paaralan sa Pasuguan was successfully held at the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok on 20-21 October 2015. The program was organized in partnership with volunteer Filipino teachers in Thailand.

Paaralan sa Pasuguan is an educational program open to Filipino students and youth from elementary and secondary levels. It aims to raise awareness of Filipino values, customs, and tradition among Filipino youth in Thailand, many of whom had been born and raised in the Kingdom of Thailand. It consists of workshops on arts and crafts, outdoor Filipino games, performing arts, and science and technology. Special activities and lessons on the ASEAN Community were included in the program.

 

 

Paaralan Sa Pasuguan is part of the Embassy’s socio-cultural diplomacy efforts to strengthen ties between second and third generation Filipinos and the Philippines.
