Philippine Embassy in Bangkok Participates in TK Park’s “A Journey through ASEAN” Exhibition part 5-The Final Call
Ms. Sylvia M. Reyes, Cultural Officer and Attache, attended the opening ceremony and press conference of the of the “A Journey through ASEAN” Exhibition part 5 – The Final Call organized by the Thailand Knowledge (TK) Park on 20 May 2015. The exhibit will run from 20 May to 14 June 2015 at TK Park, 8th floor, Central World Mall, Bangkok.
Mr. Araya Ma-in, Vice President of the Office of Knowledge Management and Development (OKMD) and Acting Vice President of OKMD, Director General of Thailand Knowledge Park (TK Park), presided over the opening ceremony, while Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakor, Deputy Director-General, Department of ASEAN Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, delivered the opening address.
TK Park, a government organization under the supervision of the Office of Knowledge Management and Development, Office of the Prime Minister, organized the series of “A Journey through ASEAN” in 2011 to educate the children, youth and the general public about the significance of ASEAN integration. The Embassy has supported the initiatives of TK Park and has actively participated in all the exhibitions held during the series of “A Journey through ASEAN” since it was organized in 2011.
