AMBASSADOR JOCELYN BATOON-GARCIA CALLS ON ADMIRAL KRAISORN CHANSUVANICH, COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF of the ROYAL NAVY OF Thailand

Ambassador Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia paid a courtesy call on Admiral Kraisorn Chansuvanich, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy, on 17 April 2015 to bid farewell and to encourage close relations and the continued cooperation between the Philippine Navy and the Royal Thai Navy.
