Ambassador Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia calls on Phayao provincial Governor Chuchart Geelapang (right) on 21 October 2014 to introduce incoming Philippine Honorary Consul Agkarajit Phanomvan Na Ayudhya (left) based in Chiang Mai province. Mr. Agkarajit will have concurrent jurisdiction over the provinces of Phayao, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Lamphun, Mae Hong Son, Nan, Phrae, and Uttaradit.
