The officers of Tawid Hertiage Center, a non-stock, non-profit Foundation dedicated to the promotion of Philippine culture through books and audio recordings, visited the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok on 24 September 2014 and called on Mr. Edgar B. Badajos, CDA a.i., to donate a few Philippine cultural materials consisting of Filipino cookbooks and CDs.  The officials were Ms. Boots Estrada, author; Ms. Evelyn Cabanban, author/ publisher; Architect Arlene de Torres; and Dr. Shiela Montero, M.D.

During the call, Mrs. Cabanban informed Mr. Badajos that Tawid Heritage Center focuses on projects to promote Philippine cuisine and music through donation of their published books and other printed materials and audio recording of Filipino classical and contemporary music.

The Tawid Heritage Center officials also met with some members of the Filipino community and the officers and staff of the Philippine Embassy.
