BANGKOK, 03 DECEMBER 2024 - The global culinary scene took center stage during the launching of the book Global Culinary Stories, on Tuesday, 3 December 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Sukhumvit.
Authored by Ms. Kathleen Pokrud, the book is a vibrant celebration of international cuisines, and features articles contributed by various ambassadors. These articles provide unique insights into the culinary traditions of their respective countries, weaving together recipes, cultural narratives, and personal anecdotes that showcase the universal power of food in fostering connections across borders.
Among the distinguished guests was Her Excellency Millicent Cruz Paredes, Ambassador of the Philippines to Thailand, who participated as one of the panelists.
