BANGKOK, 26 September 2023 – Skateboarding and Roller Association of the Philippines Inc. calls on Ambassador Millicent Cruz Paredes on Friday, 22 September 2023 at the Philippine Embassy in Thailand.

The delegation, led by National Team Coach Daniel Bautista and athletes Renzo Feliciano and John Panugalinog, had a meeting with Ambassador Paredes at the Embassy to convey their commitment to representing the Philippines with pride and excellence at the upcoming Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.

The delegation expressed their gratitude to Ambassador Paredes for her unwavering support for Philippine athletes. The Ambassador, in turn, extended her best wishes and encouragement to the athletes as they proceed to compete after their training at the Huamak Facility, Rajamangala National Stadium in Thailand. This intense training program is a part of their crucial preparations for the highly anticipated Asian Games.

While this delegation had the privilege of meeting Ambassador Paredes, the remainder of the team is already in China to attend the Asian Games Opening Ceremony. The team members are unified in their goal of showcasing the talent, skill, and sportsmanship of Filipino athletes at the international stage. END
