Bangkok, 10 March 2023 – Philippine Ambassador to Thailand H.E. Millicent Cruz Paredes made a courtesy call on Permanent Secretary Boonchop Suthamanuswong of the Ministry of Labour (MOL) of Thailand on 09 March 2023. Both sides underscored the longtime friendship and strong diplomatic ties between the Philippines and Thailand. They discussed how to further build up and move forward the bilateral cooperation on labor matters. Both sides agree to continue working on a proposed bilateral labor agreement for the establishment of formal mechanisms on labor cooperation.
