Bangkok, Thailand – 16 February 2022, Ms. Gwendolyn S. Batoon, Head of the Department of Tourism’s ASEAN Market Development Division, led the Philippine delegation’s participation in the 28th Thai International Travel Fair (TITF) at the newly renovated Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand. The international travel fair is open to the public from 16-19 February 2023.

The TITF was organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports in partnership with the Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA) to provide travel and tour operators as well as travel enthusiasts a one-stop avenue where airlines, travel agencies, hotels and transportation for domestic and outbound tourists showcase their services and products.

The Philippine delegation, together with their respective Thai business counterparts, was composed of representatives from Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, Super Save Leisure Travel and Tours, CTPH Lifestyle Travel Services, Travel Lite Travel and Tours Company, Kokay’s Maldito Dive Resort and EV Academy.

The TITF is considered one of the biggest and reliable tourism events in Thailand designed to capture tourists during the school and summer holiday break.

The Philippine Department of Tourism is one of the main sponsors of this year’s Thailand International Travel Fair.
