Officials from the Ministry of Culture and delegates from the ASEAN countries on stage during the Opening Ceremony

 

10 February 2023, Bangkok – A delegation comprised of Mr. Ferdinand Isleta (NCCA Arts Section), Ms. Marie Jeanne Javelosa (EON Group, ECHOstore Sustainable Lifestyle and GREAT Women Brand), Ms. Maria Riona Cuervo (RIOtaso Clothing), represented the Philippines in the “Seminar Project on ASEAN Green Cultural Entrepreneur '' on 8 – 14 February 2023 in Bangkok, Chonburi Province, and Rayong Province, Thailand.

The exhibit was organized by the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and funded by the ASEAN Cultural Fund (ACF). The project is in line with Thailand’s “Bio-Circular-Green Economy” (BCG) model, capturing the strengths of biological diversity and cultural richness, and use of technology and innovation to create new value-added products and services, which in turn, generate more inclusive and sustainable growth in the local economy.
