Bangkok, 10 February 2023 - The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok joined the Philippine delegation, with in-person participants from Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), and Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), to the Asia Pacific Regional Consultations on the priority theme for the 67th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW67) on 08-09 February 2023.

The Philippine delegation was led by Undersecretary Margarita N. Gutierrez of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), which is the mother agency of PCW. The Undersecretary attended virtually along with other representatives of PCW and DFA.

Member States and other stakeholders from civil society exchanged views on the CSW67 priority theme, “Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls.”

The CSW67 will be held in New York, USA on 06-17 March 2023. END
