BANGKOK, 26 July 2022 – The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok visited three prison facilities in Bangkok, namely, the Klongprem Central Prison, Central Women Correctional Institution, and Bangkok Remand Prison. The Assistance-to-Nationals Section of the Embassy led by Consul General Michael Lyndon B. Garcia (2nd from right) talked to some Filipinos detained in the prison facilities to discuss their condition inside the prison and the assistance that they need. The Embassy team also deposited financial welfare assistance into the prison accounts of the detainees. END
