Millicent Cruz Paredes, Philippine Ambassador to Thailand, received Ms. Samantha Alexandra Panlilio, Miss Grand International 2021 - Philippines at the Embassy on 09 December 2021. Ms. Panlilio recently competed at the Miss Grand International 2021 pageant which was held on 04 December 2021 in Bangkok, Thailand.

After her courtesy call on the Ambassador, Ms. Panlilio visited the Embassy’s consular section to meet and greet fellow Filipinos waiting for their consular services. She also granted their requests for souvenir photos. Ms. Panlilio likewise took the opportunity to show her strong support for the Embassy’s 18-Day Campaign to end Violence Against Women (VAW) activity, which is part of the national government’s advocacy to eliminate all forms of violence against women and children. END
