• Competition is free and open to all overseas Filipinos, Filipino migrants and their children and also to interested Thai nationals;

• Participants must sing any Original Pilipino Music (OPM) sung in the Filipino language, and record on video the performance. (Copyright permissions will be handled by NCCA);

• Performance can be solo, duet or group, with minus one or live music accompaniment;

• Participants must wear Filipino attire. (Modern or improvised Filipino attire is acceptable);

• One entry per participant;

• Failure to comply with the requirements will be disqualified;

1. Required documents
   • Accomplished Registration Form (Annex 1);
   • Accomplished Video Consent Release Form (Annex 2).
   • Passport copies of the participant or participants;
   • Title and composer of the entry song.

2. Technical Requirement
   • The video must be of HD resolution in 1080p (1920X1080) or higher, in landscape MP4 format. Record in full screen 4:3 or widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio;
   • The entire performance should last for at least two (2) minutes or up to five (5) minutes, including introduction, if any.
