The Philippine Embassy, Bangkok would like to invite the Filipino community in Thailand to watch live online lectures on Philippine culture and history, which were provided by the National Quincentennial Committee (NQC) and the Office of Deputy Speaker Loren Legarda.
NQC’s online lecture series entitled “Countdown to 500 Online Lectures Live” promote discussions about the 500th Anniversary of the Victory at Mactan, the first circumnavigation of the world, and other related events in 1521.
The online program of the Office of Congresswoman Loren Legarda entitled “Road to 500: A Philippine Quincentennial Special” promotes the events leading to the 2021 Quincentennial celebration as a result of the collaboration efforts of various government agencies.
