The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand conducted a Consular Mission in the city of Mueang Surat, Thailand on 23 March 2019.

Passport, notarial and civil registry services were provided to Filipinos who were mostly teachers in Surat Thani, Songkla, Phang Nga, Phatthalung, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Krabi, Chumphon, and Phuket provinces.
