CONSULAR MISSION

Further to the earlier announcements of the Embassy on its Consular Mission in Chiang Mai on 22 September 2018, we are pleased to announce that the venue of the Consular Mission is at:

Consular services will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, 22 September 2018.
To avail of consular services, kababayans in Rayong and neighboring provinces are kindly requested to complete the Online Registration Form below. A confirmation message will appear to indicate that you have registered.

The following are the Consular services during the outreach:
- New Passport for Minors
(Requirement :Report of Birth from the Philippine Honorary Consulate Chiang Mai); - Passport Renewal (bring your old Passport, photocopy ng Passport Biopage, and photocopy ng latest Thai visa stamp);
- Passport Replacement (lost or mutilated passports. Thai Police Report with Translation required); and
- Overseas Absentee Voting Registration and Certification.
REMINDER: Consular services like 'Red Ribbon', Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death and Embassy ID are available at the Philippine Honorary Consulate Chiang Mai (Location and Office Hours at https://goo.gl/i27b4H). These will not be available during the Consular Mission.
