I wish to invite the Filipino Community to join the Embassy on 10 June 2018, Sunday, from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, at the Embassy grounds, for a Thanksgiving Salo-Salo Breakfast in commemoration of the 120^th Proclamation of Philippine Independence. Gates will open at 7:30 am.

           The celebration will start with a Flag Raising ceremony, followed by the reading of the Independence Day Messages of President Rodrigo R. Duterte and other Philippine officials. We will then open the breakfast salo-salo.

          To make this event more meaningful, I also wish to announce that the Embassy’s Consular Section will be open to the public on this day from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm (no lunch break) for Filipinos and other clients who wish to avail of consular and overseas registration services on a Sunday.
