The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok informs all Filipinos in Thailand that the Department of Foreign Affairs will start issuing Authentication Certificates valid for five (5) years effective 18 July 2016.
“The validity of the certification is for five (5) years, unless specified by the attached document.”
