The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok informs all Filipinos in Thailand that effective 01 July 2016, application for passport renewal of holders of green or Machine Ready Passport (MRP) booklets shall only be processed upon submission of the applicant with the following 

1. Actual MRP/green booklet;

2. Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)- Birth Certificate (Authenticated by DFA);

3. At least one (1) valid identification document; and

4. Other supporting document as necessary (i.e. PSA marriage certificate if married and using married

surname, etc.)

Please be guided accordingly.
