PUBLIC ADVISORY

The Embassy informs Filipinos in Thailand about the Thai Immigration Bureau advisory on the new on-line registration service available for foreigners staying more than 90 days.
Foreign nationals permitted to temporarily stay in Thailand for more than 90 days are required to report to immigration authorities every 90 days pursuant to Section 37 (5) of the Immigration Act of 1979. With the new notification service system which can be done via the internet, the reporting could now be done on-line beginning 1 April 2015 through their website.
The Immigration Bureau has requested the cooperation of the Embassy in disseminating the information to the general public including Filipino nationals in Thailand.
