The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand is pleased to inform overseas Filipinos in Thailand and in other ASEAN countries that an official from the Department of Education of the Philippines will be administering the Fourth Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency (ALS A&E) test in Bangkok, Thailand on 10-11 January 2015.

The ALS A&E Test is a standardized paper and pencil test.  It is designed to measure the competencies of those who have neither attended nor finished formal elementary or secondary education.  Passers of this test are given a certificate which bears the seal and the signature of the Secretary of the Department of Education.

Interested participants are requested to download the following documents:

1. Information guide on the Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency (ALS A&E) Examination 10-11 January 2015;

2. ALS A&E Application Form.
