The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok informs all registered Filipino overseas voters in Thailand that the official pre-voting enrollment link of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) for overseas internet voting is now open!
Only Filipinos overseas whose names appear in the Certificate List of Voters (CLOV) can vote.

Visit the official weblink of the COMELEC or scan the QR code:

You may use any electronic device with a built-in camera and connected to the Internet (i.e., smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop).
Prepare your active e-mail address or mobile phone number (to which the One-Time Password [OTP] will be sent) and any of the following Philippine-issued IDs:
- Passport, Driver's License;
- Seafarer's Book;
- Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID; or,
- Philippine Identification System ID (PhilSys ID).
You will be required to create a password. (Kindly SAVE and do NOT forget your password.)
Pre-voting enrollment period is until 07 May 2025 (Wednesday) only.
TEST VOTING IS UNTIL 12 APRIL 2025
After successful enrollment, the registered overseas voter will receive from COMELEC through email and/or cellphone text message the TEST VOTING link.
Registered overseas voters may try the test voting feature until 12 April 2025.
OFFICIAL INTERNET VOTING IS FROM 13 APRIL TO 12 MAY 2025 (PH STANDARD TIME)
The registered overseas voter will be able to access his/her actual digital ballot and cast vote through the same link sent by COMELEC.
The official overseas voting period is from 13 April 2025 to 12 May 2025 (7:00PM, Philippine Standard Time).
A registered Filipino overseas voter must first enroll to receive his/her actual digital ballot and be able to cast vote exclusively through the internet voting system within the 30-day official overseas voting period.
Internet/online voting is the only method for the 2025 Philippine overseas elections in Thailand. Physical voting, paper ballots, or vote-counting machines will not be available.
