The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform Filipino citizens in Thailand that the iRehistro Platform is now accessible through the link https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1 effective 8:00 AM, Philippine Time of 12 February 2024.

Please be guided that iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is only used to fill in the required voter’s information and generate the Overseas Voting Form 1 (OVF1 form) with QR code.

After encoding the data required, please save a copy of the system-generated PDF file which will serve as your OVF1 form, and print it on A4-sized paper.

Please bring your printed OVF1 with any of the following requirements to the Embassy or Consular Outreach Missions for the processing of your registration: (1) Original and photocopy of a valid Philippine Passport; (2) Original and photocopy of the Identification Certificate for dual citizens; or (3) Original and photocopy of the Seafarer’s Book data page.

The Embassy is open for overseas voting registration from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., except for holidays.

Date and venue of consular outreach missions will also be announced in due course. The deadline for overseas voter’s registration for the 2025 Philippine National and Local Elections is on 30 September 2024.
