Theme: “Moving Forward to a New Era of Closer Friendship and Common Prosperity”
1. The contest is open to all Filipino and Thai nationals, minimum age of 18 years old, and currently and legally residing either in the Philippines or Thailand.
2. Each participant is allowed to submit one (1) entry only.
3. Only individual entries will be accepted. No group or company entries will be accepted.
4. The logo must be prepared in accordance with the theme of the Philippines-Thailand 75th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations: “Moving Forward to a New Era of Closer Friendship and Common Prosperity.”
5. The logo must further meet the following design brief:
a. Created in A4 size using any graphics editing tools or software;
b. In digital format with a file extension of PNG or JPEG in at least 300 DPI resolution;
c. Against a white or transparent background.
d. Must incorporate elements and colors of the national flags of the Philippines and Thailand; and,
e. Free from any mark, electronic signature, initials, or identification of the participant.
6. A brief description in not more than 300 words in English explaining the concept,design, and elements of the logo must be included in the submission of entry.

The following information must be provided (in English) in the email body field:
- Full Name (same as in passport or national ID card)
- Age and Birthday
- Sex
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Complete Home Address
Each participant must also attach in the email the photo or scanned copy of the following documents:
- For Thais: Any valid ID (passport or national ID card).
- For Filipinos: Any valid ID (passport, national ID card, or school/company ID with photo and Proof of age (e.g. birth certificate, government-issued ID reflecting the date of birth).
8. Entries must be submitted on or before Thursday, 29 February 2024, 2300H (Thailand) or 2400H (Philippines).
9. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:
- Concept/Relevance - 45%
- Creativity - 30%
- Overall Impact - 15%
- Originality - 10%
10. The entries must not be published on any media platform prior to the submission of the entry until the official announcement of winners.
11.The announcement of winners is on Thursday, 21 March 2024. The Secretariat of the Logo Design Contest Committee of the Philippines - Thailand 75th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations, duly authorized by the Governments of the Philippines and Thailand, shall contact the winners via email and telephone call.
12.The One (1) Winner and Four (4) Honorable Mention will receive Certificates of Recognition and cash prizes, as follows:
- Winner: THB 35,000.00 (approximately PHP 58,300.00)
- Honorable Mention: THB 10,000 (approximately PHP 16,650.00)
13.By entering the contest, the participant declares that the submitted entry is an original work created solely by the participant, has not been submitted to any other contest, and does not infringe on any existing copyright. The Winner and the four recipients of Honorable Mention agree to the online disclosure and publication of their full name and entry related to the announcement of the results of the contest.
14.All submitted entries shall be considered as properties of the Logo Design Contest Committee of the Philippines - Thailand 75th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations.
15.The winners shall provide the raw file used to create the logos. The Logo Design Contest Committee shall have the right to further refine or make adjustments and alterations to the winning logo, if necessary.
