The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand wishes to remind the examinees of the 2023 Special Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers that a Delegation Team from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will arrive on 21 September 2023, Thursday for the processing and issuance of Notices of Admission (NOA) to examinees with the following schedule:

 REMINDERS FOR EXAMINEES

1. Schedule and venue of the the 2023 LEPT in Bangkok, Thailand

The 2023 LEPT will start at 7:00 AM (Bangkok Time), simultaneous with the Licensure Examination for Teachers in the Philippines, on 24 September 2023 at the Ekamai International School (EIS), located at 57 Ekamai 12 (Soi Charoenjai), Sukhumvit 63 Klongton Nua, Vadhana, Bangkok 10110. 

Examinees are advised to arrive at the venue early to allow ample time for settling in before the examination begins.

2. Notice of Admission (NOA) Issuance

LEPT Examinees are requested to bring and submit their documents for evaluation and processing to the PRC Delegation Team. Examinees must prepare photocopies of their PRC-required documents as photocopying and printing services are not available on site.

The PRC requires the following documents for NOA issuance:

• Original and photocopy of:
• PSA Birth Certificate
• PSA Marriage Certificate (for married women)
• Transcript of Record with scanned picture and remarks, “For examination purposes”
• 2 pcs. passport-size picture with white background (ensure that applicants are not wearing eyeglasses in the photos)
• Valid Philippine passport
• Application Form (to be generated in the examinee’s LERIS account)

3. Documentary Stamps Fee

Examinees are kindly requested to prepare the exact amount of 40 baht in cash for the payment of the documentary stamp tax. Only CASH payments will be accepted. Any mode of cashless payment (QR code, electronic transfer, credit/debit card, etc) will not be available.

4. Packed Lunches or Meals

Examinees are strongly advised to bring their own packed lunches or meals on the examination day as they will not be allowed to leave their respective rooms during the period of the examination for this purpose.

REMINDERS FOR PROCTORS / ROOM WATCHERS

1. Orientation for Room Watchers/Proctors 

Room Watcher or Proctors are are reminded to attend orientation sessions on the following dates:

• 22 September, Friday, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ekkamai International School; or
• 23 September, Saturday, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Philippine Embassy.

2. Arrival at the Venue on the Examination Day

On the examination day, room watchers/proctors are advised to arrive at the venue early to allow ample time for settling in before the examination begins.

3. Packed Lunches or Meals

Proctors/room watchers are strongly advised to bring their own packed lunches or meals on the examination day as they will not be allowed to leave their respective rooms during the period of the examination for this purpose.
