The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines expresses its congratulations to the people and government of the Kingdom of Thailand on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries on 14 June 2023.

The deepening relations between the Republic of the Philippines and the Kingdom of Thailand is evident in the intensified government-to-government and people-to-people interaction, and the close cooperation between our two nations and our peoples. This celebration is a propitious occasion to advance the bilateral relations of our countries and seize the opportunities to achieve common objectives that will redound to the progress of our two peoples. 

The 14th of June, in addition to the anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Friendship between the Philippines and Thailand, is also observed as World Blood Donor Day.

The Embassy of the Philippines, led by H.E. Ambassador Millicent Cruz Paredes, renews its call for Filipinos in the Kingdom to continue the annual tradition of donating blood at your local Thai Red Cross centers. May this life-giving blood donation be a meaningful and personal way for the Filipino community in Thailand to show solidarity and long-lasting friendship with the Thai nation.
