Per Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Resolution No. 10833 dated 07 September 2022, the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok will resume the conduct of Overseas Voter Registration from 09 December 2022 until 30 September 2024.
The Embassy will accept registration applications on 09 December 2022, the first day of the registration period, and thereafter during regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Under Republic Act No. 9189, as amended by Republic Act No. 105902, all citizens of the Philippines abroad who are not otherwise disqualified by law, at least eighteen (18) years of age on the day of the elections on 12 May 2025 and who are registered overseas voters, may vote for Senators and Party-List Representatives during the overseas voting period for the 2025 Philippine National Elections.
Overseas Filipinos based in Thailand may apply for registration or certification; transfer of registration records; change of name due to marriage or court order or correction of entries in the Voter’s Registration Record; reactivation; and change of address.
Applicants must accomplish the Overseas Voter Registration Form (OVF1) which can be downloaded from the COMELEC website:

Please bring the accomplished form with any of the following requirements: (1) Original and photocopy of a valid Philippine Passport; (2) Original and photocopy of the Identification Certificate for dual citizens; or (3) Original and photocopy of the Seafarer’s Book data page.
