The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand, through the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), wishes to advise the examinees of the Special Professional Licensure Examination for Teachers on 02 October 2022 at the Ekamai International School (EIS) to bring the following requirements:

• Notice of Admission;
• Photocopy of Vaccination Card/Certificate;
  
• Pencils, black pens, eraser, sharpener;
  
• Long brown envelope;
  
• Long plastic envelope; and
  
• Food and Drinks (enough for the whole day as examinees are not allowed to step out of the room until the exam is finished).

In addition, examinees are reminded that:

• Copies of Annexes A and B and a window mailing envelope with stamp are NO LONGER REQUIRED;
  
• Examinees must be at the examination venue by 5:00-5:30 AM, wearing a white polo shirt (with no logo/mark), decent pants (or skirt for the ladies) and shoes.
