The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand wishes to inform the Filipino Community, particularly the examinees of the Special Professional Licensure Examination for Teachers on 02 October 2022, that the Delegation Team from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will process and evaluate documents for the issuance of the Notice of Admission (NOA) at the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand on the following dates:

PRC has conveyed that personal appearance of the examinee is required for the issuance of NOA.
PRC would like to reiterate the following important requirements:
- ALL EXAMINEES are required to present their valid passport and original documents for evaluation and assessment by the PRC Delegation Team.
- In addition to the above requirements, all First-Time Examinees for the SPLE for Teachers in Bangkok, Thailand are also instructed to bring one (1) passport-size photograph with white background which will be attached to their Permanent Examination and Registration Record Card (PERRC) to be filled up onsite.
- Applicants who requested transfer of examination venue from the Philippines to Thailand are required to submit scanned copies of their receipts for the additional P1,300.00, which they paid for the processing of their request, to their room watchers on the day of the exam.
- Ekamai International School (EIS), the examination venue, is located at 57 Ekamai 12 (Soi Charoenjai), Sukhumvit 63 Klongton Nua, Vadhana, Bangkok 10110.
Only SPLE examinees included in the masterlist provided by PRC will be allowed entry to the Embassy premises. Please ensure you bring your passport (to be shown to the PRC team) and an extra ID that will be surrendered at the Embassy gate upon entry. For purposes of submitting the relevant 2022 SPLE documents to PRC’s Delegation Team, prior appointment is not needed. A valid online appointment will be required if consular services of the Embassy are availed of (i.e. transactions related to passport, notarization, etc). Examinees are reminded to prepare photocopies of their PRC-required documents as the Embassy does not provide photocopying and printing services on site.
As indicated by PRC in its 23 September 2022 Announcement, some applications have been deferred to the March 2023 Licensure for Professional Teachers as they are a product of the NEW TEACHER EDUCATION CURRICULUM or that they LACK UNITS OF THE SUBJECT CLUSTERS.
