1. Entry Exemption Document (EED) not required subject to applicable visa requirements and immigration entry and departure formalities
2. Negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours or negative Antigen test taken within 24 hours prior to departure from the country of origin. Not applicable to children below 3 years old.
3. Fully vaccinated, with proof of vaccination
Children below 12 years old who are unvaccinated shall follow the quarantine protocols of the parent/s.
Children 12 years to 17 years old shall follow the classification and procedures based on their vaccination status. Parent/s shall accompany the minor during their facility-based quarantine.
4. Valid passport with remaining validity of at least six (6) months at the time of their arrival in the Philippines
5. Valid tickets for their return journey to the port of origin or next port of destination not later than thirty (30) days from date of arrival in the Philippines
Exempted: Foreign spouses and/or children of Filipino citizens and former Filipino citizens with Balikbayan privileges under Republic Act No. 9174, including their foreign spouse and/or children who: (i) are not balikbayans in their own right, and (ii) are traveling with them to the Philippines.
6. Travel insurance for COVID-19 treatment with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000.00
7. No mandatory facility-based quarantine
8. Self-monitor for any sign or symptom until the 7th day from arrival
Failure to comply with the above stated requirements may result in denied admission into the Philippines and shall be subject to the appropriate exclusion proceedings.
Foreign nationals with valid and subsisting Entry Exemption Documents (EED) issued prior to 01 April 2022 shall be allowed entry subject to existing entry requirements.
Note: One Health Pass (OHP) is mandatory for all inbound passengers except those with international to international connecting flights.
