The Philippine Embassy in Bangkok will be launching the DFA Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) for Philippine passport applicants in Thailand.
Beginning 15 December 2021, passport applicants may book an appointment by following this link or QR code:
Available passport appointment slots will be for 17 January 2022 onwards. Confirmed passport appointments for dates prior to 17 January 2022 will remain valid.
Those with confirmed passport appointments are reminded to arrive on time for the appointment schedule and to bring the required documents. Those who arrive late or lack any requirement will have to secure a new appointment schedule using GOAS.
When filling up the online form using GOAS, please make sure that all details in the name (first name, middle name and last name) and date of birth fields are correct, (e.g. the last name should be on the last name field, no extra or missing letter, period or space, etc.). In case of error in the personal data submitted, a new appointment has to be secured.
Senior citizens, persons with disability (PWDs), pregnant women, and minors aged seven years and below accompanied by parent/s or legal guardian are not required to secure a passport appointment.
