To further accelerate the process of securing an appointment for emergency consular services, the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand informs the general public that the appointment system by email will be terminated by Monday, 16 August 2021 and replaced by an online request form, which can be accessed from the following QR code or hyperlink:

Applicants who meet the emergency criteria will receive an email confirmation of appointment within 3 working days.

The Embassy continues to abide by the prevailing strict directive of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand for the Diplomatic Corps and International Organizations to fully implement a work from home policy in order to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Bangkok and other areas classified as Dark Red Zone. Frontline consular services (passports, notarization, certification, and legalization) will remain limited to emergency cases until further notice.

Please note that walk-in applicants will not be entertained in keeping with physical distancing requirements to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
